Each 10g dose contains:

Senna alexandrina ext. dry conc. 333mg equiv. dry leaf 1g

std. to contain hydroxyanthracene glycosides calculated as sennoside B 20mg

Fig dry (Fiscus carica) dry fruit flesh 3g

Date (Phoenix dactylifera) fruit flesh dry 3g

Important Information

This product is suitable for the short-term relief of constipation.
Long term senna usage or daily use may cause laxative dependence.
Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Drink plenty of water.
Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.
